CABIN CHEF with Sara watson

I was hired to develop and design a cookbook featuring the recipes of Sara Watson. Sara is a celebrated chef who runs a successful catering business and operated three restaurants in Fargo/Moorhead including Maxwell's, Mezzaluna, and Rustica. In 2020, Sara opened Blackboard near Vergas, Minnesota.

Working closely with St Paul author Amanda Henke and publisher/creative director Dirk Ockhardt, I designed this 200-page cookbook. The book is a stunning piece that would look great on your coffee table or in your cabin kitchen!
